Crossgates, in partnership with K&W Engineers and Consultants, will be hosting the 4th Annual TecPort 5K Run/2K Walk on Saturday, June 19, 2010. Proceeds from the event benefit the Gaudenzia Youth Center, a non-profit provider of drug and alcohol treatment, and the Woodside Family Center, a work release program for female offenders of Dauphin County. Both of these social service agencies have facilities neighboring TecPort Business Center; neighbors helping neighbors to assist those struggling with life’s challenges. Over the past three years in excess of $18,000 has been raised for these vital charitable organizations. Once again, the event promises to be filled with fun, food and prizes.
