

At the annual PAHMA Fall Conference at Seven Springs Resort, a number of properties managed by Crossgates Management, Inc. were recognized for scoring high on their last Real Estate Assessment Center (REAC) physical inspections. These inspections are conducted on behalf of HUD by independent inspectors using a rigid criteria designed to ensure properties are maintained in decent, safe, and sanitary conditions. Scoring is on a scale of 100. Out of 27 properties inspected, 15 scored 90 or better:

These reviews are conducted by the appropriate HUD Contract Administrator in each state, and range from “Superior” to “Unsatisfactory.” Out of 27 properties reviewed, 10 properties scored either “Superior” or “Above Average:”

Wheeling Towers had another Management and Occupancy Review (MOR) inspection on December 9, 2010, and once again received a “Superior” rating from the WV Housing Development Fund.
Crossgates Management, Inc. is now a member of the National Leased Housing Association, an industry group dedicated to working with HUD to provide the best affordable housing possible.
