Central PA Office, Harrisburg, PA – July 2010 – Crossgates Management, Inc. (CMI) was engaged by U-Gro Learning Centres to provide site management services for two (2) additional day care facilities; Lebanon, PA and the headquarters facility, Harrisburg TecPort Business Center.  With these additional properties, CMI now manages the day-to-day facility maintenance needs and state compliance requirements for five (5) U-Gro locations totaling in excess of 50,000 square feet.  Other U-Gro facilities managed by CMI include York, Lancaster, Harrisburg Union Deposit.
