As developer of TecPort Business Center, Crossgates, Inc. understands the importance of Community Involvement.
TecPort has attracted more than 3,500 new jobs to the Harrisburg area.
Upon completion of the final Phase, more than 5,000 jobs will have be created.
The TecPort Business Center serves as a model of the strength of public/private development partnerships, including relationships with
various departments, agencies, and authorities in government at all levels:

Working cooperatively with the Capital Region Economic and Development Corporation (CREDC) and Swatara Township, we have been successful in securing over $5 million of roadway construction funding from both PENNDOT and the Department of Community and Economic Development for continued revitalization of the area and TecPort including the conversion of Paxton Street to two-way traffic to enhance access.
