Crossgates is pleased to announce the development of a new office building for East Resources Inc. in the Thorn Hill Industrial Park at 190 Thorn Hill Road. The new office building will relocate the headquarters offices of East Resources to accommodate their expansion into this uniquely designed office space. The building will be contemporary in design, with the use of natural materials throughout, including the stone and brick exterior and skylit interior. The building will use sustainable design standards for both the site and building.
East Resources a natural resources company headquartered in Warrendale, Pennsylvania owns and operates over 2,400 producing oil and gas wells in New York, Pennsylvania, West Virginia, and Colorado and has active exploratory drilling programs underway in Wyoming.

Crossgates has teamed with site engineers CEC, general contractor Dynamic Building Corporation, and architects Burt Hill on the project.
