Crossgates, Inc. developed and constructed the student housing facility on campus providing single point responsibility. Our services included planning, design and construction. The dormitory was designed for two hundred and sixty-two (262) students with space for three (3) fraternities. The rooms are semi-private with a lavanette and share a bath with a shower and commode between adjacent rooms. The construction of the facility compliments the architectural style of Westminster College.
