                       Louis Anthony Jewelers Expands

Louis Anthony Jewelers is expanding at Norman Centre II. 

Arthur Schwotzer, Chairman of Crossgates, Inc., the developer of the center, announced, "We are pleased that the long relationship we have had with Louis Anthony Jewelers will continue for many years.  With this expansion, Lou and Veronica Guarino will take the preeminent jeweler in the region to a point of even greater service and elegance." 

In conjunction with the expansion of the store, Louis Anthony Jewelers will renovate the entire storefront, creating new display areas and an updated entrance.  The interior showroom will be enlarged and redecorated to accommodate Rolex and the other fine lines of watches, jewelry, and accessories.

Crossgates Management, Inc. will oversee the renovations to Norman Centre II, which include new signage, decorative awnings, cornices and other details to echo the elegance of Louis Anthony Jewelers.  Crossgates Management is the managing agent for Norman Centre I and II, and Crossgates Plaza, a complex of retail shops and offices located on Rte. 19 between Highland and Fort Couch Roads adjacent to South Hills Village and Village Square Mall.
